Job Summary

Baptist Primary Care Bartram Park is seeking a Full-time Nurse Practitioner in Jacksonville, Florida. The provider must be comfortable with Women's and Men's Health, pediatric care, acute patients, chronic patients, physician-patient follow-ups, hospital follow-ups & wellness exams.Proficiency with EMR required. Excellent oral and written communication skills.What You Can Expect

• Compensation starting at $115k
• 15-17 patients per day
• No call schedule
• 40 patient-facing hours a week

What You Will Need

• Master's degree
• 2 or more years of working experience in Family Practice
• Certified and Licensed APRN
• Local candidate preferred
• 1-2 years Family Practice Experience
• Certified Nurse Practitioner Required
• Licensed Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner Required
