Our Orlando Health Physician Associates OB-GYN team currently includes a dedicated group of 42 OB-GYNs and 27 APPs/CNMs, who provide comprehensive care in outpatient settings, perform gynecologic surgeries, and deliver approximately 4,100 babies annually across our multi-hospital system. Physicians enjoy continuity of care in a practice-based environment, supported 24/7 by our experienced OBGYN Hospitalist team. Available outpatient locations in Central Florida include:

• Buena Ventura Lakes and Hunters Creek bilingual in Spanish required
• Winter Park, Reunion, Lee Vista, Mineola, Downtown Orlando, Oviedo, Osceola, Horizon West
• Additional locations to come as we continue to grow!

Practice Highlights:

• Schedule: MondayFriday, 8am5pm with OR time built in. Part-time options available (3-day workweek).
• Call Support: Enjoy nights, weekends, and holidays off thanks to our 24/7 OBGYN Hospitalist team. Minimal call is expected for our Generalist OBGYN team.
• Hospital Coverage: Winnie Palmer Hospital for Women & Babies, South Lake Hospital, or Lake Mary Hospital (based on clinic location).
• Team Support: Medical Assistants, front office staff, and APP/CNM support once established.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Year 1 Base Salary: $350K
• Starting Bonus: $75K
• Quality Bonus + Productivity Incentives
• Annual CME Stipend: $5,750

Qualifications:

• MD/DO with Board Certified or Eligibility by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG) or the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) equivalent
• Completion of an ACGME/AOA-accredited residency
• Unrestricted Florida medical license (or the ability to obtain one) and DEA
