Indiana University Health Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Documentation Integrity (CDI) Physician Adviser. This position will serve as a clinical leader in documentation integrity, coding accuracy, and quality improvement. Collaborates with providers, CDI specialists, coders, and other healthcare professionals to ensure medical records accurately reflect severity of illness, risk of mortality, and resource utilization. Conducts chart reviews (concurrent and retrospective) to identify documentation gaps and provides peer education on MS-DRG, APR-DRG, HCC, and ICD-10 coding.
