Manager Clinical Transplant Services NP or PA
The Clinical Manager for Transplant Services is an Advanced Practice Provider who promotes family-centered care by subscribing to and supporting Phoenix Children’s mission and values. This position evaluates, manages, and supervises operational functions and activities of the transplant programs at Phoenix Children’s by guiding and supporting staff. He/she also serves as a liaison with other departments to plan, implement, communicate, evaluate, and coordinate patient care operations across the enterprise, facilitating quick resolution of issues to ensure excellence in a family centered care environment. He/she provides oversight and day-to-day management of all clinical staff in the transplant programs, including the PA`s and NP`s within the transplant program
