MultiCare Mary Bridge Childrens Hospital is the state-designated Level II Pediatric Trauma Center and the only pediatric hospital in Washingtons South Sound Region dedicated to a comprehensive network of health services for children and adolescents. Mary Bridge Childrens multi-disciplinary approach to care includes pediatric experts for emergency services, inpatient care, and outpatient specialty clinics, all specializing in kids and their unique needs. Hourly rate ranges from $88/hour-$98/hour based on years of experience.

Position Summary

Essential Functions

• Performs virtual exams, assessments, diagnosis, and treatment plans
• Prescribes medications and treatment regimens
• Educates patients and their families about kidney health, disease management, and preventative measures
• Collaborates with other healthcare team members to coordinate care plans
• Provides medical guidance to nursing staff Timely documentation of patient interactions, diagnosis, and treatment within Epic
• Maintains an evidence-based clinical practice that focuses on managing kidney disease and delaying its progression
• Provides excellent bedside manner and communication skills
• Education of medical students and residents

Qualifications

• Licensed in Washington
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatric Nephrology
• Federal DEA certification
• Experience with virtual care preferred
