Pediatrix has an opportunity for a Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join an expanding CVICU practice at Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children at Presbyterian St. Lukeâ™s Medical Center in Denver, Colorado.
State-of-the-art combined cardiac and pediatric ICU with services including cardiac and respiratory ECMO.
20-bed PICU with an average of 150 pump cases per year
12-hour shifts in-house call
Other services include a 24-hour pediatric ER, 45-bed pediatric floor with in-house hospitalists, and a full complement of pediatric sub-specialists.
Certification requirements: Cardiac ICU fellowship or Cardiology boards
The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a busy, high acuity unit.
