  Summary:Assists the Director of Perianesthesia Services in the technical management of day to day operations of the Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PACU) Department. Serves as a clinical resource and superuser for PACU team members. This role requires split responsibilities to capture both direct patient care and administrative duties. Primary duties outside of patient care will include coordination of orientation, staff scheduling oversight, coordination of staff training, education, and competency, API time keeping entry, chart audits, employee appraisals, and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
